For my wedding, I walked down the aisle to Frozen’s “Let It Go.”
To this, my friend said “What are you, 12?”
No, Olaf. I’m 29. I walked down the aisle to “Let It Go” because it describes my daily life (AND I’m a mother-effing blonde-haired princess).
THE END.
PS. You sang “Let It Go” in your head while you were reading, didn’t you.
Dude, if I run into a colleague on my way for a poop break and they are going to the same place, I definitely make up some sort of lie like, “oh, I don’t want to wait, I’ll just go upstairs” even though you can hear the toilet flushing and know that person is coming out of the stall. The upstairs bathroom is so much more peaceful since I rarely know anyone up there!
YES! True happiness is having a bathroom all to yourself 😉
Oh, Sarah, this is great! And I was singing as I was reading! Stranger from the internet who just found you on McSweeny’s . I have lived with Crohn’s for over two decades; so this strip speaks loud and clear to me.
If you haven’t found Heather’s Tummy Fiber, yet, it helps *so much.* I’m not an employee, just a grateful customer. Heather has IBS, too; so, she gets it. I recommend it to everyone with tummy disturbances, and it has helped! It’s just organic acacia Senegal fiber.
Thanks for reaching out, Donna! I’m so happy you’re here and reading (and “get it”!) 🙂
